Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of the Acquireman platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Important: Acquireman is a marketplace for listing and marketing opportunities and facilitating introductions. We do not buy, sell, broker, exchange, or trade securities or virtual assets, and we do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

1. Definitions

“Listings” means deal opportunities, business sale opportunities, and secondary/OTC opportunities posted on the Platform.
“User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
“Data Room” means gated documents or information provided by a listing party.
“KYC” means identity and entity verification checks.

2. Marketplace-Only; No Brokerage; No VASP Services

Acquireman operates as a listing and marketing marketplace. We do not:

act as a broker, dealer, intermediary, or agent in securities transactions;
execute trades, match orders, custody funds or assets, or handle settlement;
operate as a virtual asset service provider (VASP) or provide exchange, custody, transfer, or related services.

Any transaction occurs directly between parties and/or through third-party professionals engaged by the parties.

3. No Advice; Third-Party Professionals

Content on the Platform is for general informational purposes only. Acquireman does not provide legal, tax, accounting, valuation, investment, or other professional advice. Where requested, Acquireman may facilitate introductions to independent professionals. Those professionals are not our agents, and their engagement is solely between you and them.

4. Eligibility; Compliance with Law

You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Platform and that you will comply with all applicable laws, including securities, AML, sanctions, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction(s). You are solely responsible for determining whether any Listing or transaction is lawful for you.

5. Account; Authentication; Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.

6. KYC, NDA, and Gating

Access to certain features may require completion of KYC, approval by administrators, and acceptance of NDAs. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, including for risk, compliance, or integrity reasons.

7. Listings; User Content; Accuracy

Listing parties are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of Listings and any data room content. Acquireman does not verify all statements and does not guarantee accuracy. You should conduct independent due diligence.

8. Prohibited Conduct

misrepresenting identity, authority, ownership, or financial capacity;
posting unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or misleading Listings;
attempting to bypass gating, KYC, or access controls;
uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access.

9. Fees

Fees (if any) will be disclosed separately and may change. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Acquireman SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO Acquireman IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acquireman from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, Listings, content uploads, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension; Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, compliance risk, or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
