Acquireman AI Terms

1. About Acquireman AI and these terms

Acquireman AI (the “Service”) is a free, automated tool that answers questions about M&A and early-stage investment, runs simple calculations and can prepare a preliminary readiness assessment report. It generates responses using machine-learning (large language) models.

These Acquireman AI Terms (“AI Terms”) apply in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about the Service, these AI Terms prevail. You accept them by ticking the consent box and using the Service.

2. Not professional advice

• Nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy, sell or invest in any business or security, a fairness opinion, or a valuation report. Acquireman is not acting as a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, or as a registered valuer, when providing the Service.
• Ratings, ranges, benchmarks and calculations are indicative estimates based only on what you tell it and general assumptions. They are not a substitute for due diligence.
• Using the Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary or client relationship with Acquireman. Any engagement of our advisory services requires a separate written agreement.

Always obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making any decision.

3. AI can be wrong

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or inconsistent, may sound confident when it is wrong, and may not reflect the laws or market conditions in your country. It does not browse the internet in real time unless we say so. You are responsible for checking any output before relying on it.

4. Access, sign-in and limits

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You can ask a limited number of questions without an account. To continue, and to view or download an assessment report, you need to sign in (free).
• We apply fair-use limits to keep the Service free and available, and we may change, limit, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.

5. What you share

You are responsible for what you enter into the Service. Please:

• share only information you are authorised to share;
• not enter passwords, bank or card details, identity-document numbers, health information or other highly sensitive personal data;
• not enter personal data about other people unless it is necessary and you are allowed to share it — summarise or anonymise where you can;
• not enter unpublished price-sensitive information about any listed company, or information you hold under a confidentiality obligation that does not allow you to share it.

6. How we use your information

• Your messages are processed by our AI model providers (currently Groq, Inc., with Cerebras Systems Inc. as a backup) solely to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
• If you are not signed in, your conversation is stored only in your browser.
• When you generate an assessment report while signed in, the report and the conversation are stored securely and shared confidentially with the Acquireman team so that we can follow up with you about relevant services. We do not publish them or share them with buyers, investors or other third parties without your permission.
• We send you marketing only if you ticked the optional marketing box.

7. Ownership of inputs and outputs

You keep any rights you have in your inputs. Subject to these AI Terms, you may use the output, including your assessment report, for your own business purposes and share it with your advisers.

Reports carry Acquireman branding and disclaimers. Do not remove the disclaimers, alter a report and present it as issued by Acquireman, or use it to suggest that Acquireman has endorsed, valued or verified your business. Output may not be unique, and others may receive similar output.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break the law, or create misleading investment marketing, false financial statements or fraudulent documents;
• try to bypass its safeguards or limits, extract its instructions, or make it produce harmful, defamatory or infringing content;
• access it through bots, scripts or automated means, or overload it;
• build or train a competing product, or resell the Service or its output as a service; or
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your authority to act for a company.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these rules.

9. Suggestions and introductions

The Service may suggest next steps such as booking a call with Acquireman, browsing Listings or starting an onboarding process. These are suggestions only. Any listing, introduction or advisory engagement is subject to our Terms of Use and any separate agreement.

10. Liability

The Service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acquireman is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its output. The disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity in our Terms of Use also apply.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these AI Terms. If a change affects how we use your information, we will ask for your consent again before you continue using the Service. Questions: contact@acquireman.com.
